Depending on your goals we structure your 1:1 training sessions! Whether your goals is

We cover all areas of fitness! 
My recommendations is to take 3-4 PT sessions per week, again depending on your goals! 
If you’d like to train with a friend this is a brilliant option to keep you both on track! We will structure your program to meet yours and your friends goals! 
KW FITNESS can structure your own private session for what ever you’d like, you can train with a partner, a sister, a brother a friend your family member, who ever you’d like we make it work!
