Karleigh is such an amazing attentive trainer. All ages and levels of fitness are encouraged to work out at her gym. Her attention to each individual during her workouts /classes is impressive. She creates such a warm, friendly and fun environment and pushes us all to achieve our very best with the best technique. Love her workouts so highly recommend joining her workouts (pay as you go or monthly – no subscriptions)

I have trained with Karleigh for around 3 months now and absolutely love the classes. I have done a mix of both Early Birds and HIIT, these classes are one of the only ones I have found that works around my work schedule.
Karleigh makes the classes fun and upbeat and puts you through your paces.

I absolutely love this class! Been training with Karleigh for 4 weeks, it’s the best class I’ve ever been to! Karleigh is so motivating and supportive, really takes the time to help you get the best out of the class. Each class is different and full of energy with a lush group of girls!

I got a 2 week meal plan from KW and I absolutely loved it! It taught me so much about food and nutrition in such a short time, plus I lost over half a stone! Constant support from Karleigh throughout the two weeks as well. Amazing!!

Joining K Wright Fitness is a decision I have never looked back on! I first joined as a complete newbie to any form of exercise with very little confidence that I’d be able to stick to it. From even before I first stepped foot in the gym, Karleigh has supported me to have the confidence I need to push my boundaries and live a healthier, happier lifestyle. To say I’m hooked is an understatement! I enjoy going to early birds classes at least 4 times per week and the new gym is amazing. On top of this, Karleigh has supported me even further with healthy eating plans which have helped me to know I am eating the right foods to fuel my body properly for the exercise I am doing. For the first time in years I feel strong, confident, healthy and balanced. Karleigh promotes a body positive, supportive and friendly environment that not only helps women to grow in their confidence and abilities, but ensures you leave classes with a new group of friends too. There’s really not a lot more you could ask for!

I signed up for the 5 days of xmas chaos class on 27th Dec and I’m still attending her classes.
Karleigh is so motivating and the others in the classes made me feel so welcome even though I’m not the fittest person. I’m loving how much better I feel, even despite the aches afterwards.
I would recommend K Wright Fitness to anyone.

The best personal trainer I could ask for!! She’s completely changed my mindset towards fitness and I can honestly say I look forward to every training session with her.
Not only have I gained abs but I’ve definitely gained such a good friend too. So friendly and encouraging, if you want to workout and have a good rant she’s your gal

Karleigh has been the biggest support to me over the years with my nutrition, health and wellbeing. She is extremely passionate and professional about what she does and is there at the end of a phone with endless amounts of support no matter what day, time or country she is in. Her nutritional advice is spot on and her plans are varied, colourful and enjoyable. I value her opinion on everything to do with health and fitness and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to friends and family.
